REFUNDS
we do not offer refunds. however, if you are not happy with your purchase or would like to inquire about an order error, please reach out to us via our contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. you're our #1.
we are not able to offer refunds on shipping orders due to transit issues and delays. subscription orders are non-refundable.
if you've placed a pickup/delivery order via a 3rd party app (doordash, ubereats, etc.) please go through them for any refunds, cancellations, or changes.

ORDER & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
if you wish to cancel your order, please contact the bakery as soon as possible. additional processing fees may apply. if preparation has already begun, we will not be able to cancel & refund your order. moral of the story: don't cancel. eat more cookies.
to cancel your monthly cookie box subscription, just email order@bradysbakery.com before your next billing date, but after your final box ships out. we are not able to program subscription cancellations for the future. subscription orders are non-refundable.
