all desserts are made to order so we ask that you allow at least 24 hours for processing.

if you are in need of same day delivery/pick up, just give us a call. we will do our absolute best to accommodate. 818.918.2168.

if you're sending your desserts as a gift, feel free to include a custom note at no charge. please include this in the notes section of your cart page.

SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY)

cookies will be shipped out monday-wednesday via UPS next day air, 2nd day air, or 3rd day air to ensure you receive the freshest cookies possible with minimal chance of delay. all shipping orders received thursday-sunday will be processed on the following monday. ground shipping available for california customers only.

you may see heaven when you taste our cookies, but we're not god. thus, we aren't responsible for delays in shipment due to weather, busy holiday seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

LOCAL HAND DELIVERY (LA ONLY)

we're proud to partner with Postmates for local delivery. we offer delivery within a 10 mile radius of the bakery for a flat rate of $15. if you'd like us to deliver and you believe you fall outside that 10 mile radius, don't hesitate to call us for a quote. note: we are located in glendale just east of the galleria and americana.

once we receive your online order, we will reach out to you to coordinate delivery details. feel free to offer as many details as you like in the notes section of your cart page.

someone must be present to receive the in-person delivery. we do not leave packages unattended, so please coordinate appropriately. additional delivery charges will be incurred for subsequent attempts.

for same day deliveries, please call us. note: an additional rush charge may be added.

we are a home based bakery and do not advertise our full address to the public. if you select this option at check-out, we will reach out to you to coordinate all pick-up details (day, time, exact address, etc.). note: to give you an approximation so you can plan accordingly, we are located in glendale just east of the galleria and americana.
