SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY)
we know shipping costs can be hefty, so we're proud to offer a $10 flat rate 1-3 day (california recipients) and 2-4 day (recipients outside california) shipping option. subscribers of our cookie monster box receive 2 day express shipping.
please note: due to covid-19 UPS, FedEx, and USPS have temporarily suspended their service guarantees, so your shipment may be delayed without warning. we will do everything we can to help you with your shipment, but what might normally take 2-3 days for transit, might take longer. thank you for your patience.
cookies ship out from our los angeles bakery on mondays only. holidays and periods of high traffic will affect shipping times. specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
each cookie is individually wrapped to keep them as fresh as possible. they're packed neatly in a box and sealed with twine, making them gift-ready.
also, you may see heaven when you taste our cookies, but we're not god. thus, we aren't responsible for delays in shipment due to weather, busy holiday seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

PICK-UP AT BRADY'S
click here to get your pickup order started. when you arrive, stay in your car and move through the drive-thru. you'll be directed to our kitchen and we'll hand off your order to you curbside!
please note: our bakery is located in a gated community of other restaurants, which is why you may not immediately see our signs from the street. just look for the "food pickup" signs, and you'll be taken care of.
we highly encourage you to order ahead on our website or via any of the delivery apps (some offer pickup options). this will ensure your order is fresh and ready by the time you arrive.
we do no accept returns or exchanges.
all desserts are prepared and baked to order so we do not offer refunds. however, if you are not happy with your purchase, please give us a call or email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how we can better serve you. you're our #1.
we are not able to offer refunds on shipping orders due to transit issues and delays.
if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled shipment/pickup/delivery time. since all products are baked to order, we will not be able to refund your purchase if cancelled within the 24 hour window. same day orders will not be refunded once confirmed. moral of the story: don't cancel. eat more cookies.
