all orders are B2O - baked to order - and must be placed online via our website. on-demand ordering available thru postmates, doordash, ubereats, and grubhub. any questions, feel free to call us 818.839.1032.

SHIPPING (U.S. ONLY) 

please note: UPS has temporarily suspended their service guarantees, so your shipment may be delayed without warning. we will do everything we can to help you with your shipment, but what might normally take 2-3 days for transit, might take longer. thank you for your patience. 

at this time, cookies will ship out from our los angeles kitchen on mondays only. orders received after 10a PST monday will ship the following week. holidays will affect shipping times. specific shipping dates cannot be guaranteed. 

each cookie is individually wrapped to keep them as fresh as possible. they're packed neatly in a box and sealed with twine, making them gift-ready. 

we know shipping costs can be an annoying surprise, so we're proud to offer a $10 UPS ground flat rate shipping option. however, please note: for long haul shipments to the east coast and midwest, we recommend selecting at least UPS 3 day select so cookies arrive at their freshest.

also, you may see heaven when you taste our cookies, but we're not god. thus, we aren't responsible for delays in UPS shipment due to weather, busy holiday seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

LOCAL DELIVERY (LA ONLY) 

we're proud to offer hand delivery within the greater los angeles area. fees may vary depending on location. if the zip code you provide does not return an option for local delivery, then try UPS shipping or curbside pickup instead. 

you can request contactless delivery in the notes section of your cart page.

it's preferred that someone be present at the destination address to receive your order. but we understand if that's not possible. so if no one is available to receive your order, the driver will use their sole discretion to leave in a safe and secure place. additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts. brady's bakery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged unattended packages.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP

when you arrive, just hang out in your car and call 818.839.1032. we will direct you to our kitchen and hand off your order curbside.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

we do no accept returns or exchanges.

REFUNDS

all desserts are prepared and baked to order so we do not offer refunds. however, if you are not happy with your purchase, please give us a call at 818.839.1032 or email order@bradysbakery.com and let us know how we can better serve you. you're our #1.

we are not able to offer refunds on shipping orders due to UPS issues and delays.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS  

if you wish to cancel your order, you must do so at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled shipment/pickup/delivery time. since all products are baked to order, we will not be able to refund your purchase if cancelled within the 24 hour window. same day orders will not be refunded once confirmed. moral of the story: don't cancel. eat more cookies.
