we know shipping costs can be hefty, so we're proud to offer a $10 flat rate nationwide shipping option AND $0 shipping for orders of $70 or more*! subscribers of our cookie monster box receive 2-3 day express shipping.
*please note: bulk shipping orders over 4 dozen cookies may incur additional shipping costs. please contact brady's via our catering page for pricing information.
USPS, UPS and FedEx have continued to suspend their service guarantees, so your shipment may be delayed without warning. we will do everything we can to help you with your shipment, but what might normally take 2-3 days for transit, might take longer. thank you for your patience.

cookies ship out from our los angeles bakery on mondays & tuesdays only. holidays and periods of high traffic will affect shipping times. specific arrival dates cannot be guaranteed, so we suggest you plan ahead as best you can!
note: even though you select the monday or tuesday of your choosing before checkout, we reserve the right to change the day to either that monday or tuesday (within that same week) depending on business needs and shipping destination. we do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
each cookie is individually wrapped to keep them as fresh as possible. they're packed neatly in a box and sealed with twine, making them gift-ready.
also, you may see heaven when you taste our cookies, but we're not god. thus, we aren't responsible for delays in shipment due to weather, busy holiday seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

PICK-UP AT BRADY'S

if you're picking up from our USC flagship: when you arrive, stay in your car and move through the drive-thru. you'll be directed to our kitchen and we'll personally hand off your order to you curbside!
for all other locations: find street parking and walk to the lobby of the facility where you can check in and have your order handed off to you. please note that these facilities are run by a 3rd party company and they cannot process any changes or cancellations to your order.
regarding our USC flagship: our bakery is located in a gated community of other restaurants (grand food depot), which is why you may not immediately see our signs from the street. just look for the drive-thru signs and you'll be taken care of.
since all of our cookies and bread pudding are baked to order, we strongly suggest you place your order in advance through our website. this will ensure your order is ready by the time you arrive.
however, if you can't order ahead of time, there is an on-site kiosk at the front of all of our facilities for you to place your order! check out the options. prep time is usually 20-30 minutes, but sometimes a tad quicker.
we do not accept returns or exchanges.
we do not offer refunds. however, if you are not happy with your purchase, please give us a call or email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how we can better serve you. you're our #1.
we are not able to offer refunds on shipping orders due to transit issues and delays.
subscription orders are non-refundable.
if you've placed a pickup/delivery order via a 3rd party app (doordash, ubereats, etc.) please go through them for any refunds, cancellations, changes.
ORDER & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
if you wish to cancel your order, please contact the bakery as soon as possible. additional processing fees may apply. if preparation has already begun, we will not be able to cancel & refund your order. moral of the story: don't cancel. eat more cookies.
to cancel your monthly cookie box subscription, just email email@example.com before your next billing date. subscription orders are non-refundable.
