we know shipping costs can be hefty, so we're happy to offer a $10 flat rate nationwide shipping option AND $0 shipping option for orders of $70 or more*! subscribers of our cookie monster box receive 2-3 day priority shipping. 

*flat rate & free shipping is provided via UPS ground, so transit time could be anywhere from 2-5+ days depending on the recipient's location and as long as there are no delays caused by the shipping carrier. if you live in the midwest or the east coast of the U.S., we strongly recommend shipping your cookies via UPS 3-day select or faster. but you do you... 

$10 flat rate option and $0 shipping option are valid for mainland U.S. only (hawaii and alaska excluded from promotional shipping offer).

all shipping carriers have continued to suspend their service guarantees, and thus brady's bakery cannot guarantee on time arrival. if selecting USPS priority during checkout, please note that USPS does not update tracking information regularly, and thus you may not be aware of tracking information until it's nearly out for delivery.

how it works | 

cookies ship out from our los angeles bakery on mondays & tuesdays only. holidays and periods of high traffic will affect shipping times. specific arrival dates cannot be guaranteed, so we suggest you plan ahead as best you can! 

each cookie is individually wrapped to keep them as fresh as possible. they're packed neatly in a beautifully colorful branded box, making them gift-ready. note: larger cookie orders maybe packaged in a kraft brown box and tied with twine. 

even though you select the monday or tuesday of your choosing before checkout, we reserve the right to change the day to either that monday or tuesday (within that same week) depending on business needs and shipping destination. we do not guarantee specific delivery dates. 

you may see heaven when you taste our cookies, but we're not god. thus, we aren't responsible for delays in shipment due to weather, busy holiday seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

we offer local delivery! click here to get your order started. if local delivery isn't available for your area, then feel free to select pickup instead, or shop directly on this site and select shipping from the cart page.

picking up from our echo park flagship? look for signs directing you to echo park eats. when you arrive, find short term parking in the lot or street parking, then walk to the lobby and check in with the echo park eats customer service rep. they'll hand off your order to you. having trouble? just give us a call and we'll come out to assist. 

for all other locations: find street parking and walk to the lobby of the facility where you can check in and have your order handed off to you. please note that these other facilities are run by a 3rd party company and they cannot process any changes or cancellations to your order. 



we do not accept returns or exchanges. 



we do not offer refunds. however, if you are not happy with your purchase or would like to inquire about an order error, please reach out to us via our contact page and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. you're our #1.

we are not able to offer refunds on shipping orders due to transit issues and delays. subscription orders are non-refundable.

if you've placed a pickup/delivery order via a 3rd party app (doordash, ubereats, etc.) please go through them for any refunds, cancellations, or changes. 



if you wish to cancel your order, please contact the bakery as soon as possible. additional processing fees may apply. if preparation has already begun, we will not be able to cancel & refund your order. moral of the story: don't cancel. eat more cookies.

to cancel your monthly cookie box subscription, just email before your next billing date, but after your final box ships out. we are not able to program subscription cancellations for the future. subscription orders are non-refundable.
